[OZAPRS] PS-22 APRS PICO balloon MEL-SYD

Yes PS-22 landed somewhere near Exeter, NSW this afternoon, short of the intended path to QLD. Considering it was just recovered from Strathbogie, VIC after spending 3 months in the open (PS-11), I think we will leave this one alone!
