[OZAPRS] Simpson Desert APRS via ISS

Pacsat NO 44 is around as well, probably only in daylight hours due to solar cell charging issues. See www.aprs.org for more details... Only problem I that I don't know if there are any ground stations here on Oz still listening to enable Gateing of packets.
