[OZAPRS] ISS set up

Hi All.

 

Setting up a ISS system using a Opentracker +, and a Icom IC-u2A.

 

But have followed all settings that I could find, but still no good.

 

The deviation on the radio is around 3.5-4, so not over deviating the radio.

 

Any ideas
