[OZAPRS] Two instances of APRX on linux?

Last weekend I put up the mast for a new digi, iGate & AIS Rx for Mission Beach (far north Queensland) - 95M ASL covering Mourilyan Harbour to Cardwell.   I have two TNC-Pi's running on my RPi and spare antenna + Rx for 145.800MHz downlink.  It's a solar site and would love to have it all running on one box, has has anyone been successful running two instances of APRX on linux?
