[OZAPRS] PICO balloon with APRS tracker

FYI,

Pico Balloon carrying APRS tracker released from Robe, SA early tonight.
APRS 145.175Mhz, 50mW. Will attempt to TX on ISS APRS frequency 145.825Mhz when in range.
Currently heading towards Adelaide, will move north to NSW eventually.
