[OZAPRS] APRS @ Tamworth interruptions

Hello everyone,

This is to let users in the Tamworth region know that VK2YGV-5 has been 
on/off air due storms and lengthy power interruptions in the past week 
or so. More planned lengthy power interruptions are happening today 
with, I think, another 2 to go.

VK2YGV-5's backup power supply is able to keep the system going for a 
while without a mains supply - not all day!

I believe VK2JMA has his system running to back up the data flow and 
being on a different power supply line and ISP should not have the same 
trouble.
