[OZAPRS] problem in Adelaide

I was at the watertower today installing the clubs new digi-peater and I
noticed that I could just mute the signal out and the same radio at home
I was unable to mute it out.

I wish people would from time to time just see if the radios and gear
they install is operating correctly and not flooding the network with
rubbish.

Put it simple if I find it I will put an axe thru the radio in question.

cheers all

Paul
