[OZAPRS] APRS Packet Errors

This has happened to me as well.  I was running an MFJ1270B in KISS mode
with UI-View.

Shutdown and restart and all good.

Seems that packets via VK3GY-1 can be delayed by up to half an hour,
however, most seem to be delayed by 10-20 mins. The following posit has a
timestamp of 0903z and was submitted at 1933 EST (=0933z):
