[OZAPRS] Ships in Aprs.fi

Hi Vasily,
noted on the configuration.

I've been using Shipplotter connected to an Icom AIS receiver to send data
to both www.marinetraffic.com and aprs.fi.  I believe there is an agreement
in place between the two sites (and others) to share AIS information.

My system is currently offline as I've been trying to hack gnuais to work
with the icom receiver...
