[OZAPRS] Google earth server on Raspberry Pi ( network link for google earth)

Once you have 

1. perl script to connect to APRS-IS and feed data into MySQL table.
2. MySQL table definitions
3. cgi-bin file to serve up data.

You need to make google earth visit and grab data from your server 

This is done by adding a "network" link in Google Earth - the URL is the CGI file "aprs_share.cgi"

Set it to refresh every xx mins
