[OZAPRS] au nz tier 2 servers and no data

Can anyone help me understand this?
I'm using Xastir on a desktop. Usually I can get data from T2Sydney and
none of the others ie T2QLD T2TAS T2NZAA or T2 APRSNZ

I'm more than 500km (my filter distance) from everyone other than
T2SYDNEY.
Changing the filter distance up to 2500km makes no change
