[OZAPRS] No recent positions on Googlemaps.

Whether or not you appear on sites like aprs.fi is all dependent on if your
packet makes it into the APRS-IS network, via an IGate.

If your packet's TTL runs out before it gets to an IGate, you won't appear
on aprs.fi.
