Subject: [OZAPRS] 2M APRS Digipeater DX
Hello All
I noticed this on the VK6RAA-3 digipeater log on aprs.fi tonight:
2011-11-23 22:27:12 WST: VK6RAA-3>APOT21,VK7RWC,VK7RAA,VK7RHT-1,
WIDE3*,qAR,VK7HSE-1:!3439.25S/11738.47E#12.9V 26C
Mt Barker (WA) Digipeater -> Mt Read Digipeater, near Roseberry on
Tasmanian West Coast -> Mt Barrow Digipeater, near Launceston in the
north -> Snug Tier Digipeater, just south of Hobart -> Hobart I-Gate.
Mt Barker to Mt Read is approx 2550kms. All up trip to the I-gate was just over 2900kms.
Not bad for 2M...!
Cheers,
Rob...
VK6LD
