[OZAPRS] Weather Stations

The RF ones that use 433Mhz (LIPD) have had the protocol deciphered. it was
included in practical arduino as a project and freetronics sell a RF
reciever shield for arduino that can be used to interface such things to
linux or APRS directly (arduino has heaps enough for either PWM audio
moduleation of AFSK or just packet generation.
