[OZAPRS] Info on Demand

Is there a way to get info on demand? For example, it is a bit annoying 
to load down the network with information that is well known to local 
users but could be useful to visitor (location of police station, 
nearest petrol, bank, supermarket). It would be good if a user could 
send a message such as "nearest bank" to some address and get a response.

Maybe this could be hosted at the local iGate rather than having to 
store it all on some remote database.
