Yeah, we are on top of that. So far as WICEN is concerned - not 
interested. Too much politics, in-fighting and navel gazing. Also 
WICEN's  focus has been, and continues to be, to try to involve itself 
in the communications of emergency services. When I was in Vic WICEN 
that worked well but up here in VK4 it is fragmented and apparently 
directionless: they have totally missed the boat in my opinion.

The focus we are considering is to provide a facility to those totally 
left out of the emergency communications plans - to assist the community.
