[OZAPRS] Other uses for Packet (was Re: Melbourne APRS Digipeater Status)

We were without phone, cellular, adsl for over 24 hours after yasi and 
we were on it's fringe so I hate to think how long we would have been 
without it if we had been hit hard. That is the reason we are currently 
looking at a solution.
