[OZAPRS] East Coast Coverage.

Coverage is a bit scattered in areas...

Next Monday (28th) I plan to be going the otherway, but more direct to 
Sydney, but I dont have HF aprs installed (unless I pickup and install 
this week on my codan, which is very unlikely).
