Kim,
	Some OpenTrackers send out their voltage and temperature by default.

That is not the problem at the moment.

I recently read an article on a blog about some one that was using a 
gel-cell battery, an opentracker and a jarcar Tx module, that was 
graphing the voltage drain and temperature for a portable ARPS node

I can't find the article now...

I wonder if this is the person thats doing that, not realizing its on 
the main ARPS frequency?
