[OZAPRS] QRG drift HF APRS

Me too, Scott! Your 1200 bd beacon usually makes it to the APRS-IS first 
so the HF one is not recorded. You are being heard though.

The IGates have been pretty well synchronised on 40m, so its only 
propagation and antenna directionality that's limiting reception.
