The rules have not changed regarding digital data and Foundation class
licenses. You will see foundation class licenses, wx stations, BOM
bulletins, ships at sea and all sorts of goodies on APRS and they can
appear, legally, on your RF APRS set if they come from an iGate that is
configured to pass them from the internet. What you should not see is a
Foundation class licensee beaconing its position by RF.
