[OZAPRS] Where to get a TMD-700 fixed

My D700 stopped working on Tuesday - the head panel lost the backlight and
stopped responding to buttons. I Had to physically remote the power cable to
turn it off. I am now unable to power it back on and I have done the usual
checks - Fuse F902 blew a year or so ago and I swapped it with a pico fuse -
that fuse is still OK. I also metered out the control head cable - no shorts
and all 4 wires connect through. Power is getting to the radio so without
any more clues I need it repaired externally.

Andrews Communications can't even start to look at it for over a month so
was wondering if anyone knew of a repairer in the Sydney/Wollongong areas?
