[OZAPRS] VK3 Aprs digis

Hi ,

 

There are some changes going on at some of the sites where VK3 Digipeaters
are located, especially VK3RCV and VK3CV.

This means that these network connectivity has been reduces somewhat for a
while.

 

I'm not sure how long the changes at the sites will take but once they are
finished the digis will be back on line.
