[OZAPRS] WM-918

I had it disconnected for some time and sitting outside. I suspect water 
has got into it. It is a little stiff for both direction and speed 
although speed is giving readings. I figure the solution is to pull it 
apart and clean it up plus check the wiring on the direction sensor.
