[OZAPRS] FM828

Hi Howard,

The VK3 network is full of 828's.
We have had little trouble with them but they are a very old radio.

I suggest using the secall port for connecting the TNC rather than the Mic
port.
The secall port will give an non emphasis (or flat) response.
