Evening All
There was some discussion about this on the aprssig list last year and
Bob updated the APRS specs at http://aprs.org/aprs11/SSIDs.txt The
station descriptions associated with SSID's are now more general and are
a recommendation only, at best giving a hint as to how the user is
getting into APRS. The page is not too long and is worth a read.
