APRS Emission Mode 16K0F2D  = 16khz, FM - single ch , digital with sub-carrier, Data Transmission.

Permitted frequencies and emission

modes (amateur foundation station)

(sections 27 and 29)

144.000 MHz-148.000 MHz  

200HA1A  = 200 hz AM - Double sideband  , Single ch, digital without sub-carrier , Telephony.

8K00A3E  = 8.00 khz, AM - Double sideband , Single Ch , Analog info , Telephony.

4K00J3E  = 4.00 khz , AM - single sideband, suppressed carrier, single ch, analog info, Telephony.

16K0F3E  = 16.0 khz , FM - single ch, analog info, Telephone.

16K0G3E  = 16.0 khz , FM - single ch, analog info, Telephone.



So the answer is, As Long as the F call doesn't Transmit Data on air ( Radio ) his ok,
