[OZAPRS] HF APRS with an FT 857D and Kantronics KP3

Shaun,
I went around in circles until i adjusted the AGL to the 16 bars as
per RTTY set up. The 16th bar is longer on the left and about the mid
point up the scale to make it easier to see.
