[OZAPRS] RE OPen Tracker and ICOM IC706 MK2G

Assuming you are referring to an OpenTacker+ refer to the top of page 17
of the OpenTracket+ manual available at
http://www.argentdata.com/support/otplus.html

It talks about grounding pin 4 on connector X1 (the female D9 on the
OpenTracker).
