[OZAPRS] APRS Tracker

OK. I have a TT4 and an HF rig that does not have a squelch so the only 
way I could find it to work was to turn off the TT4 detection and use 
fairly long beacon times. I did ask on this forum about that at the time 
(some months ago) and responses indicated this was pretty normal.
