[OZAPRS] New development version of APRSIS32 available

Hi all,

There is a new development version available for APRSIS32 which has been specifically designd around the Kenwood TM-D710.

All credits to go to  Lynn (D) - KJ4ERJ - Author of APRSISCE for Windows Mobile and Win32


Just been running it today and tried it with my D710 and looking pretty good.
