[OZAPRS] VK6UZ-4 displaying frequency offset of all stations heard on 30m HF-APRS

VK3MY-4 is the Primary net transmitter for 10MHz. The radio used on VK3MY-4
has a TCXO and is on the correct frequency. If VK6UZ is correctly netted to
VK3MY-4 (0 offset) which he is, then VK6UZ must be on the correct frequency.
