[OZAPRS] VK5RSC-1 digi issues

Ongoing issues still prove to be a problem at 5RSC-1 South Coast digi. Barry 5KBJ went on site and reset the digi but it has not helped. It appears to be some sort of hardware failure possibly in the TX.

Until a fix is made I have reconfigured VK5TTY-1 to carry alot of the missing traffic now in that area as an attempt to help plug the hole.  5TTY-1 is now running as a WIDE area/zone digi with Igate traffic included.
