[OZAPRS] Digipeater issues

Just to let everyone know . The Digi at Sellicks hill VK5RSC-1 has been off air now for a couple of weeks. Normally we would get a fix sooner than this but thems the breaks. We hope to have this back on line later this week. The cause of the issues is currently unknown.

Testing and findings are still being done on the Fill-In digi near Morgan VK5THB-1 . Any reports appreciated.
