[OZAPRS] VK5RLZ-1 digi

Hi All,

The digi for VK5RLZ-1 is now running from my QTH for final tests after
being build by VK5VCO. Should be here about a week or so before being
moved to the Elizabeth Water Tower.

This system replaces a packet BBS system that was shut down a month or
two ago.

Please note that the position being reported is the Elizabeth Water
Tower, but it actually running from the location VK5HZ-2 was previously
running from.
