[OZAPRS] VK2MPJ-1 Status (Peter Bye)

All,

VK2MPJ-1 is now back on air.  I apologise for the extended delay in 
restoring the service, but the stars took for ever to line up for me....
A big thanks to Ian 2HIM for his efforts with the fill in digi whilst it 
was down

and another big thanks goes to Ross 2VVV for assistance with the power 
supply issues, without him, it wouldn't be back on air.
