[OZAPRS] Codan 8528 HF TT3Plus

Hi Stuart,

I have a Codan 8924B on 10.1476MHz which I am intending to use instead of my 706mk 1

I am in the process of interfacing the TT3 board to the radio, plus finding/building a mute board for the rx audio.
