[OZAPRS] 300 baud TNC

Thanks guys, I have now got my hands on a MFJ1270B, will give it a go !
It will at least allow me to do the 300 baud rx. Id still like to do the
crossband HF/VHF but with only one radio port the MFJ wont do this,
