[OZAPRS] TNC

Kevin,

I did implement some modifications I discovered somewhere but since that 
all happened last century I can't recall details. Doesn't really matter 
any more. I have the MFJ's, Baycom USCC>4, and one pale grey, ribbed 
paperweight.
