[OZAPRS] TNC

Guys TT4 doesnt do 300 baud rx. Infact Im pretty sure at the moment it doesnt
even do 300 baud tx, Alpha v0.59 doesnt anyway ? correct me if im wrong Scott. 
I have been down this route already :)
