Have you thought about using a TT4 for a KISS TNC? Just have a quick look at this URL http://www.vk7hse.hobby-site.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
and if it may be of interest to you just put "TinyTrak4" into a search engine.
They are not very costly and will take about week from the time you place an order until it is at your door.

Anybody know of anyone wanting to sell a 300 baud capable TNC ? they are a bit
thin on the ground...... plenty of KPC3s about though. Have looked at
importing one of the latest Kantronics KAM, but to buy new is a bit exxy at
the moment.
