The Tracker2 from Argent Data Systems can drop down to 300 bps, and has a KISS
mode. The buffering is not too fantastic compared to a 'real' TNC, but at
300bps this is probably not a problem.

US$95 and freight is pretty reasonable too. I'm happy with the one that I have.
