A packet sent from VK4MDX-4 , using MIXW, UNPROTO APRS, via GATE,WIDE2-1

Gated by server qAR, from Zl2TZE-4

Payload:

:40M IGATE (this packet is missing the data type qualifier)

MixW is sending bad packets. Coding error on MixW coder , or packet 
coruption on air.

It gets as far as sending the semicolon then forgets to send the next 
character, which is what sort of data follows.
