[OZAPRS] Unsupported packet format

I'd guess it's because it's a malformed packet?

The : signifies it as being a message, but that requires that the  
following 9 characters be the recipient station, followed by another  
colon, the message, then { and the message number

I'm guessing you meant that to just be a status report, in which case  
you want to use > rather than :   :)
