[OZAPRS] javAPRSSrvr UDP Port 1315

Correct - 1315 UDP was used by APRSd to allow INPUT to the APRS-IS by client
scripts.

This is supported by javAPRSSrvr as well, but ONLY from the localhost
(127.0.0.1), whilst APRSd allowed incoming UDP from anyone on the internet
(bad security practice)

Anyone writing scripts that inject data into the APRS-IS should use TCP
connections to the standard 14580 port.

Sorry, I clearly misunderstood the direction.

I don't know what that port is used for... but I'd *guess* it is for
scripting since that was the old APRSd scripting port.

Sorry for the noise.
