[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS Update

Gday,

 

The VK3 IGate VK3SB-1 is currently down.

There will be no msgs or other outbound IGate traffic for VK3 until it's
fixed.

 

Hamish (VK3SB) is working on the problem and with a bit of luck will have it
up and running soon.

 

Thanks to Hamish for his continued support of APRS.
