[OZAPRS] Australian APRS IS servers

I tend to keep an eye on www.issfanclub.com for updates on what is 
happening with the ISS. Since the changeover from expedition 25 to 26 
the radio has been pretty quiet from the ISS (although over Oz it tended 
to be in packet mode most of the time anyway).
