Howard,
	I had a fiddle with mine and got it working ok.

I am in the SEQ region so gate SEQ* to RF in UIview.

I have NWS-* and BOM* in the message group.

By putting NWS-* instead of NWS_* you don't get the NWS stuff just the BOM
text

Each time the SEQ_FLW status is updated from the server I get two entries
for the BOM text as it won't fit in one entry

However for my D700, D7 I find it does not work quite as stated. If I 
put in the - to receive warnings only I get nothing so I leave it out 
and get all.
