Wow, what spec cpu?!  The Q6600 CPU in the vmware sever I replaced my rack full of low-spec boxes itself pulls about that.. Then 200W for the video card (yes yes, I really should find a 'cheap' video card to shove in there, but the GF7950GX-2 was the only pci express card I had :-p. . And ~150W for the HDD's!

It's funny, when you factor in aircon costs (little over 100% of the server power usage), it works out about half the cost of running a box at home, to shove a 1ru box into a data centre.. - $50/RU beats $50/mo in power + $55/mo in aircon power!
