[OZAPRS] smart meters ?

I am dirty on them also.  20 years ago I asked if I could run my pool pump on 
off peak and was told no. Now that it suits them it is suddenly possible.

Energy Australia will give you normal non time based tarrif, just like you 
used to have, if you ask even with a smart meter installed.
